Welcome to Cognito Ink. By purchasing, accessing, or using our website, digital courses, educational resources, downloadable materials, or related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. About Cognito Ink

Cognito Ink provides self-paced online education through professionally structured lessons, digital workbooks, and educational resources across various subjects and skill areas.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing a course, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are purchasing on behalf of a child under your supervision. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring a child's use of the course.

3. Course Access

After successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased course through our online learning platform.

Unless otherwise stated, your purchase includes lifetime access to the course content while the course remains available on our platform. We reserve the right to update, improve, replace, or discontinue any course or platform features at our discretion.

Access is granted solely to the purchaser and their child (if applicable). Each purchase is licensed for personal, non-commercial use by a single household only.

Institutional Licence Required: A personal licence does not permit use of the course in schools, educational institutions, tuition centres, coaching institutes, childcare facilities, libraries, community programmes, workshops, or any other group or organisational setting.

Schools, teachers, tutors, educational institutions, businesses, charities, and organisations wishing to use Cognito Ink materials with multiple learners or in a classroom or group environment must first obtain a separate Institutional Licence from Cognito Ink before any such use.

4. Intellectual Property & Personal Licence

All course materials, including videos, worksheets, workbooks, illustrations, graphics, lesson content, logos, branding, downloadable resources, and all other content provided through the Services, are the intellectual property of Cognito Ink and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own educational purposes within a single household only. Ownership of all intellectual property remains with Cognito Ink.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, licence, sublicense, rent, lease, or resell any part of the course.
  • Upload any course content to any website, file-sharing service, cloud storage, social media platform, or learning management system.
  • Share downloadable materials with individuals outside your household.
  • Record, screen capture, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any videos or lessons.
  • Display, project, cast, stream, or otherwise present the course content in classrooms, schools, tuition centres, coaching institutes, childcare centres, libraries, workshops, seminars, or any other group learning environment.
  • Use any part of the course to teach, train, tutor, or instruct students other than your own child.
  • Allow multiple households or unrelated learners to access a single purchased account.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, branding, or ownership notices.

Institutional Use: Schools, educational institutions, tutors, teachers, businesses, charities, and organisations wishing to use Cognito Ink materials for classroom instruction, staff training, workshops, tutoring programmes, or multiple learners must obtain an Institutional Licence before using the content.

Any unauthorised institutional, classroom, or group use constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund, in addition to any remedies available under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Account Sharing

Your account is intended for a single household only.

Sharing login credentials with individuals outside your immediate household is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

Accounts purchased under a personal licence may not be used to provide access to classrooms, schools, tutoring groups, organisations, or multiple unrelated learners.
